Nellie H. reviews for Liferoot Acupuncture & Healing Arts, LLC:
Tranquil setting with the friendliest staff. I am so grateful that Kym squeezed me into her schedule, same day, so she could help me. I needed help for a spasm/pain in my SI joints shooting down in my low back and hips. I could hardly walk or drive. Kym is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and has been extremely helpful. She also listened intently to my specific concerns.
The session was with acupuncture and cupping, my first, and it was a good experience. Needles didn’t hurt at all and neither did the cupping. After a couple of sessions, I’ve already felt my pain subside and I can tell that I will feel back to normal again soon. I highly recommend Kym for acute or chronic pain in your muscles, joints or nerves. Liferoot Accupuncture also provides other services too.

Tucson Community Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been a community based medicine for most of its long history. In Asia, acupuncture has traditionally been practiced in group rather than individual settings. For acupuncture to be most effective, patients need to receive it frequently and regularly—far more frequently and regularly than most insurance plans will pay for.
As acupuncture has moved toward the mainstream, it has been forced into a paradigm of one-on-one treatments and high prices, which has decreased not only patient access but treatment efficacy.
Tucson Community Acupuncture is part of a growing movement of clinics that are returning to this tradition. Community acupuncturists focus on using “distal” points (below the knee and elbow, and on the head and neck) so that patients can remain fully clothed during a treatment. Community acupuncture clinics often use recliners rather than treatment tables, which many patients find more relaxing.
Tucson Community Acupuncture’s mission is to provide affordable, high quality acupuncture to the city of Tucson. Tucson Community Acupuncture does this by offering individualized treatments in a relaxed, open environment at affordable rates ($33-$40). Tucson Community Acupuncture wants you to come long enough to truly get better and stay better, and affordable rates are here to help you make that commitment.
Jocelyn E. says about Tucson Community Acupuncture:
really like working with Keith…he appears to be very caring and kindly ask how things are going. I just moved from Seattle and was going to a private insurance acupuncturist for 2 years…rarely did she show the concern that Keith has given in my two month treatment. I really enjoy bringing my own self meditated music or listening to their soft music.

American Health Acupuncture
What American Health Acupuncture does is personalized medicine, everyone receives a personalized acupuncture treatment plan. Acupuncture treatments are developed based on the diagnosis. For example, two patients with migraine may receive different treatments and herbs because the root cause may be different.
Experience a personalized diagnostic consultation and examination using traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis. This includes – acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutritional guidance/therapy, lifestyle coaching, meditation, and Qi Gong. All these treatments bring the body into balance to heal itself.
Acupuncture awakens your healing energy to heal your body, mind, and spirit. When herbs are used together with acupuncture, the effectiveness of both increases.
Amanda S. comment review for American Health Acupuncture:

Tammy-Sue K. reviews for Jade Star Acupuncture and Wellness:
Jade Star is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. The admin staff are totally on it and super sweet.
Need a massage from a truly gifted therapist? Please stop wasting time and money elsewhere, book with Ken NOW! He is very thorough and knows EXACTLY what he’s doing. He has decades of experience from which my husband and I completely benefitted. Honestly, I’ll be going back regularly for “maintenance”.
If you are open to acupuncture (which you should be!!!) book Danube NOW! She’s highly educated and naturally intuitive in her field! I’m pretty shocked at how much her treatment has helped me recover from a fall I took last year, my RLS and MS. It’s mind blowing!
My back after getting cupping treatment. Felt so good! Better than a massage! It released all the tension in my shoulders!!!

Susan C. said about Invigorate Acupuncture:
I have been reliant on Kate to help manage painful headaches for nearly 2 years. It has been my little slice of respite in my busy, stressful, painful day. I can’t recommend her and acupuncture and cupping enough, I only wish my insurance would cover more than just pain management because the proactive benefits that she can provide even outweigh what she can do for current conditions.

Vicki S. tell more about Tucson Acupuncture Co-op:
Cate is unbelievably kind and attentive. After losing all motion in my hand without concurring answers from MDs or tests, a friend whose had great outcomes from here recommended and I’m so glad she did. Cate embodies healing and I’m getting more results from each visit.
The ‘frequent recliner’ option allows me visits without breaking the bank. It’s truly a community effort with volunteers helping with laundry and front desk duties. Thank you, Cate, for your focus on healing others. I’ll be forever grateful. Also, I appreciate the N95 mask requirement and HEPA filters throughout – it adds to my feeling of safety in your ‘healing’ room.

I have had the pleasure of meeting both practitioners and I feel they both are very amazing. Kind and non judgmental. They make you feel very safe and welcomed into their space. They took the time to actively listen to my concerns and issues I was having and were very knowledgeable.
I was really nervous my first visit because I have never had acupuncture in such an open setting but I found I really like it. It was very comfortable and very relaxing. I am always amazed at how our bodies will respond when given what it needs to rebalance itself. I feel very blessed i found their studio.
