I checked out this nail salon twice and Leo did my nails both times. He is amazing and did a wonderful job! Everyone is friendly and it’s very clean. It’s now going to be my new go to nail salon and Leo will be my new nail tech. He does such a great job! I’ve gotten tons of compliments on my nails from everyone I meet.
The ladies that run this business are superb! They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I have never had a less than satisfactory experience here, regardless of who is doing my nails, everyone is amazing and talented. The salon looks great and because they don’t do acrylics, it smells much nicer than the average salon.
Hanna has converted me to a SNS dip powder devotee – my last set lasted 5 weeks and I am HARD on my hands – I’m outside in the garden or doing yard work most days and I have been sanding and refinishing a dining room table and chair set. I look forward to seeing how long this set lasts, and can’t stop admiring my hands.
Great service, friendly people. Got a dip powder ombré manicure and deluxe gel pedicure for $100 total before tip. I was walk-in on a Saturday and they managed to find time for me. Deluxe pedicure was fantastic and includes sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, and lotion. The pedicure was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Absolutely LOVE Bella Diva. They are so nice and welcoming. This is the first nail salon I have been to in Jacksonville that makes an effort to know YOU and make you comfortable.
They can get pretty busy, unfortunately, but at least you know they’re doing something right! They also take same day appointments which I love. I usually call an hour or so before heading over there and they take me in with open arms. I don’t mind not being attached to one tech, because they’re all pretty good! They take their time(but still pretty quick) to get the job done to your liking. If you go, you may have a little wait but that’s ok because you will leave satisfied.

I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing!
I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment.
I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service.
Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds.
I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isn’t as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

We had a wonderful experience and had great service. I’m super picky and we all loved our results. This was for my wedding, so we got some upgrades this time around. I normally get their least expensive pedicure ~$30 which still has like 10 steps with scrubs, stones, wax, etc. So papered with an affordable price! We unfortunately saw someone complaining a lot and then after and hour service leave without paying. It was horrible! We felt so bad for them, but it was pretty entertaining to hear her argue with the cameras pulled up. Thank you for a great experience for us! We loved it.

My most recent pedicure was very meticulous and detailed- I did not feel rushed at all, and I felt that she made my feet as pretty as possible (I’m pretty hard on my feet). I’ve had more expensive pedis elsewhere in jacksonville that def weren’t worth the money. Staff seems happy & pleasant with each other, which is also a nice atmosphere (not a catty salon haha). They dont have the largest selection of colors, but technique is most important to me.
