Best steak restaurants near El Paso, tx:
Ruth’s Chris Steak House
Rachel S. says about Ruth’s Chris Steak House:
Ambiance of the place was so romantic. Wouldn’t recommend the lobster bisque it’s bland and costly. All the sides are separate so be careful when choosing. Steak was one of the best steaks we had ever had. Would go again.

Loved this place! If you go make sure you ask for Bella! She was such an amazing server so sweet and nice helped us out with every thing we needed and was the only server to actually do substitutes on drinks, food came out fast and quick they forgot my friends salad and she literally ran up and was like “they didn’t bring you the salad?” And went so fast to get it. Best server there definitely going again

West Texas Chophouse
West Texas Chophouse is setting the new standard for steakhouses in town.
Nicole S. says about West Texas Chophouse:
I called to see if we could get a reservation for 16 and they were able to get us in…not only that we had 2 more people join us for our party last minute and they were more than accommodating in fitting them in.
Our waiter was great knew the menu made suggestions & did a good job for such a large party.
The food was a bit hot or miss…my steak was absolutely perfect but my sons was a bit like jerky…however I think that’s more to do with how large our table was & trying to time the food just right. All in all we are more than happy with our experience & would absolutely come again…maybe with just our family of 4 next time though!

Garufa
Katelyn U. says about Garufa:
Best restaurant, hands down, that I have ever eaten at. There’s not one single thing that I’ve tasted that could be improved!! The bread and the green sauce is Devine, all the empanadas are to die for, the salads are fresh and well dressed and the rib eye with the caramelized onions are cooked and seasoned perfectly.
The service and live music is fantastic! If you’re in El Paso, you MUST come to Garufa’s!!

Great American Steakburger
On November 16, 1977 Jack & Peggy Nunn along with David & Gail Ogle opened the first Great American Land & Cattle Co. Steakhouse on Alabama St. in Northeast El Paso.
They established a reputation for great food, fabulous service, fairness, honesty, and generosity in business and their personal lives. Their legacy is impeccable and their lives represented the highest ideals of love, loyalty, and family.
They lived out from their hearts the concept that Walt Disney espoused, treat your employees and guests alike as family and always give them more than they expect.
Aaron R. says about Great American Steakburger:
I gotta give it to this place because they offer vegetarian options on their menu. That portobello sandwich was so good! The sweet potato fries not only looked good but they tasted good.
The service was good, the waitress was proactive, helpful, and nice. Never needed to look for her to ask for any extra things as she was already asking if anyone was okay.
The parking can get a bit hectic when it’s a weekend but nothing impossible to pull off. Had reservations for our large party which made things way easier. Didn’t have to wait out in the cold. Prices are reasonable and would come back again. Provecho!

Entrecôte & Co.
Joy H. says about Entrecôte & Co.:
We came here for my birthday. We originally had reservations to sit outside but it was very cold that night so they were able to squeeze us in. The waiter made the whole night.
He was very goofy and was able to put up with my friends and my antics. The drinks were expensive but worth it. We all tried a bunch and didn’t have any to complain on.
We had never tried escargot before and we’re very pleased with it. I wish they had some gluten free bread to go with it, but they were easy enough to eat without.
Our meal took a while to come out, but that is to be expected when ordering the stuff we got. I ordered the lamb and was very pleased. It was perfectly cooked and was the right amount of food.
I think everyone was very happy with what they ordered and there were no complaints. The desserts were amazing. They even had a giant flaming candle for my birthday! Unfortunately the only gluten free options they had for dessert was macarons (very small but lots of flavor) and gelato. I would love to come back here for my next big celebration!

Koze Teppan Grill (West Side)
Deuce T. says about Koze Teppan Grill (West Side):
Perfect place to eat w/ family & friends when you’re wanting a good time! We ate at the grill without any wait and had wonderfully friendly service! I personally don’t eat sushi very often, but I could tell this restaurant is for both sophisticated, Japanese-cuisine enthusiasts and “first-time-teppans”.
I had the Hawaiian Playboy sushi, and boy did it deliver! If you like sweet & spicy, then this is the roll for you. It had a perfect blend of sweetness from the marmalade and rice, the spiciness from the mayo sauce and jalapeños on top, the filling from the shrimp and crab on the inside, and that delicious kind of tang from the coconut to tie it all together.
I loved the variety of food from the small salad to the hot soup to the rice and vegetables. The portions were all great (and some customizable), always enough food no matter what you order.
Scenery, cozy! If you come here, you have to be ready to relax, otherwise you won’t have the fun that’s possible! Overall, an exceptional experience worth returning for.
Shoutout to our grill-chef Adrian for a great show!
