I often hate making appointments for a service and then having to wait, but luckily I didn’t have that issue at this place. I’ve been here now 3 times and it’s been pleasant each time.
Yesterday when I went in, I found a design I though was kind of simple I wanted in a gel manicure but the lady helping me seemed newer and could not get it right. I had already started drying my gel polish so we couldn’t really fix it without taking it all off- I was a bit annoyed but just told her how to fix it so we could make it look semi decent. – at this point Anna, I believe that’s her name- stepped in and toon over.
They both apologized multiple times. Anna literally started from scratch and gave me what I wanted. All in all- 2 hours later we were done and I was annoyed with the time but pleased with the result. **For the first time in Nail history** Anna said don’t worry about paying us for your hand nails, just pay us for your feet- we know we took a lot of your time. I was shook as all of these nail technicians are about their money, they will do a terrible job/ take forever/ make you bleed but will never even give a discount- let alone free?! These people care about taking care of their client.
Because of this service I will be back and recommend it in the area!

Yesterday being the day before Mother’s Day my sister decided to take me to get my nails done and we were looking around for a salon and everywhere was busy but I called here and the guy from here told me I can go in at 2 which was 10 mins after the call , we get there and he attends me right away and has my sister sit because pedicure was very busy , he starts doing my nails and he tells my sister that she can come sit next to me which I thought was very nice of him because no every place does that , then after a little they start on my sister .
His service was amazing he did such a great job he was so fast and friendly and he was not like the mean serious people at the other salons him and a lady sitting next to him were very friendly and nice this will definitely be my place to go from now on I loved the friendliness and cleanliness!!! And they were busy and kept getting calls for pedicures and never did they say no to anyone they would let them know how long and there timing was very accurate and didn’t have people waiting to be attended . This us definitely a great business with great costumer seevuce

After being stood up for my appt at USA nails on Pershing i came here. Lt did an amazing job he was friendly and gave me recommendations on trying the hard gel to protect my color. Ima start off with saying no complaints. My first time here i havent been to a nail shop since covid and i just moved here so i was nervous. I walked in and was greeted i thought they only took cash cuz it said cash only but they did take debit when i asked. I had Mimi do my pedi and she was so sweet.
She asked what i wanted and wasnt pushy about getting something i didnt want she said i will do whatever u want. This isn’t a typical nail salon. This is what other nail salons strive to be! As everyone says in their reviews, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Soft music plays and it’s never loud and crazy like other places. I always find myself dozing off it’s so comfortable! I always get gel on my fingers, and the color selection is never lacking (I always end up with a nude-neutral, just my preference) I don’t feel icky after picking a color from the salon like at other places. If you want a clean, relaxing nail salon this is the only choice! Everyone at the salon care about their work and it shows. They are appointment only and I love that.
Maggie always does my gel manicure, Kyle does my toes. They’re great and I always leave happy, actually happy!

I did not have an appointment, just showed up with my fingers crossed for a pedicure & full acrylic set. My pedicure was first and very relaxing! I got the #1 pedicure that included the basics + sea salt scrub and hot stone massage. My tech, unfortunately I didn’t ask for her name, was so kind and thorough.
Tina did my full set! She was amazing. My nails have been thrashed from attempting to do my own nails with drug store kits and press-ons. She was gentle on my natural nails and even cleaned up my cuticles. I usually get just solid color but it’s my birthday weekend and I wanted to try something new. I brought a photo and we collaborated on shaking it up. I am SO happy with the result and I will be coming back! Thank you ladies!
