After having on and off experiences with nail salons in the area, I finally found Charming Nails on Yelp and saw the numerous raving reviews with stunning photos and knew I had to give them a call. I am not a fancy nail person (I’m a musician) but have been trying out manicures to make my hands look neater, and wow, Michelle really did the best work.
I had called on a whim on my day off and they let me come in straight away. Michelle took careful consideration of what shape my nails were, what kind of manicure would work best, and even was excited when I changed my mind about the color and chose something different! She recommended trying a matte topcoat and we both fell in love.
I got to hear from Michelle firsthand how much she cares about her work and making her clients feel their best. At no point did I feel rushed, coerced, or unaware of what was going on. I am very happy to have somewhere I can feel comfortable and taken care of.

Love getting my nails done at Tommy Nails! They do fantastic nails for a very reasonable price. I’ve been going for over 6 months not and have never been disappointed with the work that’s done here. Minh and Lai are very friendly.
I can understand that some people who want to walk in at any time and be in and out will not be happy here. But this is a small business! You are getting the personal attention and connection that comes with a small local business. I’m sure they can afford to have more then two workers if they wanted to, but keeping it small allows for the quality to not be compromised. If you are respectful and make an appointment with them, they will be respectful of your time. I’ve been in and out in under an hour every time that I’ve been there over the last 6 months.

Having a Vietnamese sister who owns a Nail salon tends to make me a tough customer to please in the manicure / pedicure area.
No appointment, I was across the street at PT Pho and looked up closest Nail salon on Yelp, Asana Nail Spa was across the street in the Safeway parking lot on far side of Safeway. I walked in, Nice man greeted me and asked that I check in on their digital pad. A nice lady started water immediately for a pedicure.
I chose the 2nd level pedicure Classic I think it was on the Menu, very reasonably priced.
I sat back, relaxed and watched the 2 different tv screens facing me with Korean cooking and Chinese cooking shows, very entertaining. Not much conversation during the whole session but not in a rude way, more of a let this guy relax rather than the 30 questions.
Pedicure and manicure were both exceptional, buffed both finger and toes to a shine exactly how I liked.
We did have some small talk towards the end about cooking style and techniques for Vietnamese cooking, I love to cook. They shared their view on who had the best restaurant around in their opinion since I’m new to the Phoenix area. Going today for lunch their suggestions ( review coming soon)
overall shop very clean, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I will return.

I am so glad that I scheduled an appointment with Michael. I came from another nail salon that I was no longer happy with and was very well taken care of here. Michael was so considerate in everything he did from making sure the filing tool didn’t get too hot to making sure my nail lengths matched. I was actually shocked by the phenomenal service I received here. Mark is always checking around to make sure everyone is comfortable. Ivy waxed my eyebrows and kept my shape perfectly and didn’t take too much off. Overall great experience. I can’t wait to go back for my pedicure!

I needed a mental health break from work and Sam took the absolute best care of me. He was patient and kind, and at times in our conversation served as my therapist. Sam cared for me in such a special way. He verified The temperature of water, towels and stones and made sure I loved the color , shape and masaage setting. Sam went above and beyond to help me pick out the prettiest color. He suggested the luxury gel pedicure $83 with tax.
This included gardenia woods lotion, hot stone and sugar scrub and paraffin wax and mask treatment. I have never had a more enjoyable salon visit. Will be back for sure! The salon is very down to earth and sanctuary like, so you won’t want to miss this experience.
Worth the splurge. Your mental health is a treasure and treat yourself well

If you want beautiful nails done ask for trinity!!! That’s my girl and since I started going to her for my nails I refuse to go anywhere else and let anyone do them besides her. I moved an hour away and still drive for my girl to do my nails!!
