I went shopping for a Mortgage loan because it was time for me to fix my loan, lower my payment and lower the years on my loan…I wanted to get the best deal and everything was perfect but I had a payment recorded late on a second mortgage I had paid off.
Nobody else wanted to help me with that in my credit record. I had close to 700 credit score, no debt but my mortgages, and really good income. I had giving up looking buy it was until I talk to Brad at Sunset Mortgage.
He assured me that they could help me with that issue and make me a new loan. I was skeptical but I gave him all my info and they did. I lower my loan to 30 years from 40, lower my interest rate from 4.5% to 2.99% and go $50k cash out loan.
This was a year ago….today I close my second loan with them in less than 15 days from start to finish lower my interest to 2.93% with another $50k cash out loan.
With this money I will be able to further my financial goal to obtain an investment property a goal that I have been waiting for a long time…now I can make my dream come true thanks to Sunset…highly recommended ask for Brad
