I’m giving a 5 star review to this location for 2 reasons… Neither of which have anything to do with the physical status of the facility… keep that in mind when you pull up and a little fear is instilled because you weren’t sure if you should get out of your car! Lol
#1 I made an appointment online. Walked in about five minutes before my time- signed in and waited 3 minutes!! Amazing!!!
#2 I told the phlebotomist I have extremely small veins and was going to be a challenging stick. I had in fact been sent from my doctors office after 4 failed attempts to collect blood!
Big props to Erica for being AWESOME at what she does and also having a great bedside manor!

First time coming to Labcorp to get some blood work done and i loved how easily it was to book an appointment online.
Parking was is not that great but luckily i had a ride to just wait for me. Upon entering i got help from the man in the front desk. He directed me to the door where the labcorp actually was. It was easy to check into my appointment via phone. Which you can also do inside with the kiosk or even with the receptionist.
The staff was really friendly and calmed my nerves. Everything was nice and clean.

This place is amazing! The customer service was on point, and even though I didn’t make an appointment and did a walk-in, they did their best to make sure I was taken care of.
The lady below that left the review on Catherine makes me laugh. I was in the other room listening to the whole conversation, and that lady was completely in the wrong LOL. If you’re going to do a walk in and not make an appointment, expect that it sometimes makes it harder for the employees to accommodate what you’re asking for!? Obviously!?
For my case, the employees were great and I’d gladly come here again.

Park across the street at beverly center lot for $1, they have pathway to Cedars. I’ve been to most UCLA drawing labs & they’re amateurs compared to Cedars-Sinai drawing lab. I have to do blood work every three months & used to suffer at hands of UCLA staff especially santa monica ucla lab should be avoided, but after I switched my doctor to Cedars, I’ve been coming here for blood work. I don’t even feel the needle they’re so professional.
There’s 30-45 min wait but its worth it if u don’t want damaged nerves & neuropathy for yrs. The Encino ucla strapped the band so tight & drew so much blood that they damaged my nerves & still recovering from neuropathy in right arm after a year. At Ucla Santa Monica they hit my nerve so bad I screamed. I wait 4 hrs for Cedars lab if I have too. Ucla burbank has good drawing lab but Cedars I barely feel the needle

I came in because I got bit by my dog and I was shook by their customer service.
Staff was very friendly, organized, fast pasted, and efficient. I waited for about 15 minutes to speak to Dr.Leen (pretty quick for an urgent care).
I have 0 complaints from my experience and will make this my to go.
This location is strongly in forcing social distancing to limit the propagation of Covid. Made me feel a lot more comfortable!!

Called first to ask questions then booked an appointment online. Easy process, easy parking, fast appointment! The main reason why I’m leaving a review is because of the amazing staff. They are all very friendly, kind, and caring. Everyone from over the phone to in person were really helpful and took care of me. Says a lot about a place when you speak with someone over the phone and their customer service is superb! I paid for a same day results Covid-19 PCR test.
They called to talk to me about my results along with my reasons and concerns I had discussed with them in person about a work requirement. They took everything I said into account and took the time to write a note for me for work. Like I mentioned earlier, they really took care of me! I’m definitely coming back for other services. Thank you, you guys are awesome!
