I have been to every vintage supply shop in the South Bay, and Second Hand Hustle is by far my favorite. Upon walking in I was in love. I hesitate to write this review, kind of like when you don’t want a band you really like to blow up, but at the same time you do. Alas, it would be a shame if people did not see the sort of value this place provides. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.
Everything in this store is of the highest quality, in material, taste, and most importantly with the shopping experience altogether. It’s the sort of place where if something fits you, you will look good in it and you will want to leave wearing it.
Every item is unique and very aesthetically pleasing, with excellent color and form construction. You cannot go wrong with anything. It’s so awesome to the point where it takes a while for everything to settle in.
The collection is curated personally by the shop owner, JP. Businesses are the direct reflection of their owners’ values, and that is why it’s obvious this store is next level. As impressed as I was with this store, I was even moreso impressed by JP’s character.
You can tell he has cultivated a refined taste for clothing in his travels, and his passion can be seen in your interactions with him and his lovely store.
I got a few items and essentially had to force myself out. JP gave me a GREAT deal on them, to the point where I felt like I was stealing. The dude even offered me some food he had just picked up..! To a stranger.. WHO DOES THAT?!
Go. You will find something of great value there.

I enjoy supporting small business especially when it comes to thrift shopping. I had the opportunity to visit this store and was blown away by the amazing owner. Customer service is on point and she is genuinely full of love for all walks of life. Her positivity made my heart sing with joy. Her positivity and grounded nature called out to me and made me feel right at home.
The clothes are picked out by the store owner and washed before they make it to the floor. I bought two button up shirts that I adore and are in fabulous condition. She has many offering including handmade jewelry, Small gifts, accessories, home goods, and men’s clothing options. A little of everything for everyone.
Pro tip: The location is small but the racks move to ensure the customer can browse the offerings.

Savers is my go-to donation center. I’m there all the time, donating. Doing the Swedish Death Cleaning thing and giving so much away!
Savers has long and reliable hours. They’re open 7 days a week. Staff is helpful and there are always large donation bins out front. It’s so convenient.
The store itself is well merchandised and clean. I always try to imagine my cast offs going off to live with someone else, making them happy.
By contrast, I have tried again and again to donate beautiful things to the Cancer Discovery Shop across the street, but they’re either not accepting donations, closed, or extremely choosy because they have a small shop.
So grateful to have a Savers in the South Bay.

Very cute little antique store! We happened to be walking by when one of the items in on the table outside the shop caught our eye so we decided to check out the shop – and I’m very glad we did! They have a wonderful selection with reasonable prices.
I’m usually never able to buy anything from antique stores because of the ridiculously marked up prices, but we were able to find a few things that we loved for less than $100. We spent a good amount of time there but feel like we didn’t even get to see everything. The staff is very friendly too. Looking forward to visiting again!
