This location has been open since September 2020. SCMC most recent location.
HOURS: Currently open Monday through Friday at 9am to 5pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm.
LOCATION: parking in front and around location.
WAITING AREA: They adhere to COVID regulations. Limited seating that is placed at least 6ft apart from each other. There is a children’s waiting area, unsure if open.
STAFF: Very pleasant! Helpful and caring! If you need help with paperwork, don’t hesitate to ask. I felt happy to be here.
CLEANLINESS: Yes. From the waiting room to patient room, I observed clean areas. There is a worker I saw cleaning scuff marks, so I’m sure there is an upkeep of cleaning.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I had a good experience there. Upon arrival, temperature was taken and quick covid survey was given. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment, less than 5 minutes. I had an EKG done, it was fast and before long I saw the doctor.
He had a student with him. The doctor took the time to explain results and additional tests I needed done. Even though he said he had to be “tough” on me about what I needed to do, I can tell it was because he cared to say it. Thank doc!
Afterwards, front desk helped me with paperwork I needed for additional testing and made my upcoming appointment. I even got help to fix a mistake with my medical provider. I was able to get the right doctor and keep my medical group. Thanks ladies!
