Team members were friendly even though they were clearly busy and juggling appointments with walk ins. My doctor sent me back to get more blood work done. I tried to make an appointment but it was all booked up until September 22, so I had to do a walk in again. This time there were more people in the waiting area, at least 12 people ahead of me. Checked in at the kiosk about 8:30. They called me up at around 8:57 to take my paperwork and then I got called to the back around 9:11. I was in the car at 9:15 on my way back home. So this visit was about 45 minutes. Not too bad considering how many people were there ahead of me. Again the girls at the front desk are very nice and efficient and the girl who took my blood was very quick and she was friendly. I will continue to go to this location for my future lab work.
So I originally had an appointment at the LabCorp on Cheyenne on August 23rd, which I had set for probably almost 2 weeks. I had recently got new insurance and found out that the Cheyenne location was not In-Network. So I had to cancel that appointment on the date of the appointment and just decided to do a walk in at this location on Tenaya as it was too late to make an appointment there. So I just figured I would be waiting as long as I needed to wait to get my blood work done. And after reading some of the reviews I didn’t think I was going to have a good experience. However when I got there, there was only five people sitting in the waiting room.
Easy check in on the kiosk. I sat down for maybe 5 or 6 minutes and they called me up to get my paperwork and everything. The girls at the reception area were very nice and friendly. After that I had to go sit back down and I waited less than 10 minutes and the technician called me back. Technician got my vein on the first try which was awesome because usually that doesn’t happen with me. He was very nice and friendly as well and I was done in like 5 minutes. The whole visit from walking in and walking out was about 30 minutes and I was very happy with that. There was no issues, everything went smooth. If this is the way the visits go without an appointment then I would definitely go back to this location.

I’m a full grown adult who is terrified if needles, especially getting my blood drawn, I even typically cry before the needle even goes in. To be fair, I’ve had some extremely angry nurses who just jab me despite me saying I’m not ready. Kim was my phlebotomist at CPL, and she was AMAZING. She kept me calm, and made it as painless as possible. If I ever have to get my blood drawn again, I pray I can have Kim again, she made something terrifying to me feel like nothing! After, I felt so accomplished, no crying, definitely no fainting or wooziness, and I equate that all to Kim’s great personality/demeanor. I also appreciate how fast the staff was on getting me seen, I was in and out, which was also great, so I didn’t have to sit and work myself up. 12/10 recommend this CPL and 20/10 recommend Kim!

Been here multiple times for blood work and drug test. Appointment is easy to make through website and I usually don’t wait at all. My newest drug test experience was a bit hilarious though… I couldn’t urinate enough because I didnt take enough water beforehand. But the staff was very nice and understanding. She explained the procedure (you basically have to stay in the lab until you can pee lol and they will give you small bottle of water every 30 min) and helped me through the process. Office is always clean, staffs are friendly.

I have gone here for blood draws after being in remission of breast cancer and have had no problems that I can recall. In fact, I prefer this one out of all the locations INCLUDING Quest because I am in/out. This place is fast because hardly anyone is waiting or there. No appointments are necessary – walk-in is truly the way to go for this place. I did read some reviews about sanitation, etc. and just my opinion, but some people are just being overly cautious. I think their facilities are sanitary and everyone is wearing necessary gloves, etc. I haven’t had any issues and people are good sticks (I’m a hard stick, especially due to chemo) and I have had a couple different people.
