This place is amazing. I’ve drug my feet on writing a review because I don’t want the secret to get out! This salon is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. When I end up at other salons (only happens if I need a last minute appointment and City Nails is booked), I’m inevitably disappointed because I’m so spoiled from this salon. Tyler is amazing!
I feel like I get so much more than my money’s worth at this salon. The level of detail that each technician pays attention to is amazing: I leave here with a PERFECT manicure literally every time. It’s never a rush job. If there’s even a tiny flaw, they’ll take the polish off that nail and fix it. I really appreciate that because when I’m shelling out my hard-earned money for a luxury product, I want to be happy about the results.
Even apart from the quality of the nail job (which is elite!), the customer service here is also better than any nail salon I’ve been to. Every technician is so sweet and personable. I love this place!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over five years. I recently had a gel Mani Pedi from someone who I believe was new. It took a long time for her to complete (2 hours) but I understand these things.
However within the next day my nails started peeling off and chipping. Like totally separating and peeling off my nail. Getting caught on everything within 2 days.
It hasn’t even been one week and all but 4 of my nails have completely peeled off (though every nail is chipped or peeled). I’ve never had something like this happen before.

They accept walk-ins but an appointment is recommended. I noticed they respect appointment times and are direct about wait times with walk-ins. Great service in that regard!
