Nicole C. Says about Eureka!:
As a regular, I gotta say this place can be such a nice vibe especially as spot inside the mall. I love coming here for a feel key menu items – the cimmichurri Brussels Sprouts, the beet veggie burger (I ask for extra special sauce on the side) and the bourbon barrel cake.
I have also got to make special mention of their steak salad! My favorite thing to do here for drinks is to enquire about their famers’ market special for the month. It is always so delicious and made with fresh ingredients and you are always able to customize.
The service is overall very good except for some days at the bar when it has been full, I have hard parts of my order forgotten but they correct it when it happens. Definitely would recommend coming for their beer selection and burgers as well!

Love the Steamed Chicken Rice here. The seasoned rice, steamed chicken partnered with the spicy ginger sauce makes a delicious combination! They also give you a cup of chicken broth. My favorite dish here. Try it! It’s simple but satisfying!

Becky L. says about Coconut Girl Kitchen:
What a lucky find! We were looking for Malaysian and found the best Thai yellow and red curry in the city. The curry puffs (a Malaysian dish) are served with their yellow curry and it is divine. If it weren’t so gauche, I would have happily sipped on the leftover curry dip.
The Laksa noodle soup (also Malaysian) is served with the red curry as it’s base. Wow! Delicious. The red curry sauce made the simple hard boiled egg that is included into a creamy delicious treat. Both were perfectly spiced as well – not too hot but not completely mild – just enough to make everything sing.
Can’t wait to come back to try the Thai food. The beach is steps away as well so you can get takeout and have a nice picnic.

Liz J. says about Chaba Thai Kitchen:
This is my go-to spot for Thai food in San Diego. They have a ton of different dishes from curries to rice dishes to noodle dishes.
My personal favorites are the mango chicken curry, pad see ew, and spicy fried rice. The curry puff and chicken wing appetizers are also delicious and I recommend trying those out, too!
The portion here is HUGE and can give you leftovers for days. It’s definitely a lot of food for the price and the food here comes out pretty quick. There is also a ton of parking in the parking lot and it is not too cramped.

Tammie W. says about Shawarma Guys:
Wow. There’s not much more I can say than wow, wow, wow. The hubby and I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon to grab lunch and watched about 20 other people come by and place and/or pick up their orders while we ate.
We wanted to try a mix of things based on the reviews so we ordered the wagyu beef egg rolls, falafel and the chicken cream chop.
The egg rolls were my husband’s favorite. They were rich, crispy and so good with the garlic sauce. I wanted to try the falafel so we ordered the falafel plate which came with six large falafel, hummus and tabbouleh with pita bread.
The falafel were so light and airy, not over mixed and didn’t have any flour to bind it which makes it so light. The hummus was soooo smooth and velvety. The garlic sauce was fantastic and I should’ve ordered a side of it because it was so good.
My husband ordered the chicken cream chop which is a breast that is pounded, breaded, fried and sliced thin then covered in a lemon cream sauce.
Also served with yellow rice, hummus, tabbouleh and pita bread. The chicken was succulent and the sauce was superb, lemony and added a brightness to the dish to make it feel a little lighter.
The service was great, the staff was friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. I wish there were covered tables outside but as long as I can have delicious food, I’m good with eating it wherever.

Sharona R. says about Thai Village:
So I came here because Coconut girl next door was closed. However I’m super glad that I was introduced to this place for my yellow curry. They are absolutely incredibly delicious and the women that work there are so sweet and the cooks are incredible.
Five out of five stars and I will be frequenting this place a lot now. Another reason I love y’all because when one place is closed it’s easy to hop on here and see what else is around there and like I said I’m very glad to have found this place because it is yummy and I might have to split my business between them and Coconut girl instead I’m just going to Coconut girl all the Time. Delicious curry and their drunken noodles are to die for!!!! Xo

Very good food and the wait staff is very helpful I believe we ordered the northern spare ribs but the other type came we ate them and they were very good. But still wanted the Northern ribs so we ordered them they were excellent. The waiter took the first set of ribs off out check but we ate them and enjoyed them and would not have minded paying for them.
