I had a great experience at The Candy Lady. Not only did I pick up some great Breaking Bad memorabilia but the owner spent time with me assisting with my purchases and also getting to know me. She recommended some great homeopathic fixes to my allergies and cholesterol issues.

Buffet’s Candies is one of my favorites and has a lot to choose from. Their chocolate has an amazing taste, and the staff is always friendly. They always give you a sample to try while you are in the store. My favorite is the peanut butter meltaway which is creamier than anything I have tasted anywhere. Highly recommend driving to Buffets and treating yourself to some amazing chocolate! They won’t disappoint!

This store is so cute. It’s a candy store that’s not marketed towards kids. More for adults with its style and decorations. Pretty unique. The whole store is so pretty. There are more locations in the US now.
They sell ice cream in the store as well. The staff is friendly.

Happened upon the store wondering around the mall after being in the container store love this place they’ve got really inexpensive candied apples for $8.50 which are normally like $16 in California and the size and for ya great value deathly going back Tuesday is a special day forget what it is but getting there on Tuesday out of Taft off or whatever but check this place out on Tuesdays and I’ll give you a card when you get like 10 or 12 you get a free one so go ahead this place up at the mall on Tuesdays.

We tried a couple things … the pickle sushi which I had was delicious I’ve never heard of it or tried something like that before I recommend that … my son had churros and ice cream he devoured that and then we just had a scoop of ice cream all very tasty! The service we had was wonderful, prompt and delightful! Y’all should give it a try !

I love coming to the old town for gifts. Recently, I’m looking for a gift for my MIL I found this shop on Yelp. Such a cute place! Reasonably priced witchy goods. The owner was super nice and friendly. Left spending way more than I expected because I just couldn’t live without some things and it was my birthday too lol. Highly recommend!
